Cienfuegos, with its French aura is one of the most beautiful and liveliest cities on the island. Many architectual sights are waiting for you in the widely restored colonial centre. The city was founded in 1819 by French settlers.
Cienfuegos - also called “The Pearl of the South“ shows an architecture in late neoclassical style. The province capital Cienfuegos offers some of the most famous sights in Cuba: the 100-years-old theatre Tomas Terry, the new colonial city centre, the Palacio del Valle mansion, just to name a few. Benny Morey, Cuba’s most famous singer, was born and lived here. You will be reminded of his memento everywhere in the city.
The Palacio de Valle with its Gothic, Venetian and Neo-Moorish themes is one of the architectural highlights of Cienfuegos.

After the guided walking tour we'll take you to the spirited city of Trinidad. On the way to Trinidad we'll stop and visit some abundant botanical gardens.

Trinidad. The city was declared world heritage site by the UNESCO. The colonial city of Trinidad was founded in the early 16th century and it seems as if nothing has changed since then.

The Villa de la Santisima Trinidad de Cuba has got medieval features with arced bridges, medieval squares, very good preserved buildings with neoclassical and baroque influences. This unique city fascinates its visitors not only with its many sights and museums, but also with its proximity to the sea and the mountains.

The city is situated on a hill with a view to the sea and the mountains and was founded in 1514 by Diego Velázquez as third settlement in Cuba. There is much to explore in Trinidad’s colonial old town, like the Palacio Brunet, one of the most beautiful palaces of the city where the Museo Romántico is located today.
